For twenty years, the Hope Foundation of the Mahoning Valley has stood beside families facing the unimaginable — providing financial relief, granting wishes, and building a community of hope around seriously ill children. Everything we do is for the kids.
Financial Assistance for Families Direct financial support for families with chronically and terminally ill children — covering medical treatments, prescriptions, transportation, and care-related expenses. All funds paid directly to providers. Up to $2,500 per award.
DreamCatchers for Kids™ We grant the dreams of Mahoning Valley children facing life-threatening illness — creating moments of pure joy that families carry with them forever. Every wish is personal, meaningful, and made possible entirely by community support. Applications accepted year-round.
Community Impact Grant We fund nonprofits and community organizations running programs that directly benefit chronically and terminally ill children in the Mahoning Valley. If your organization is doing this work, we want to support it. Applications accepted year-round. Awards up to $5,000.
Together, we can leverage the excitement that the new store opening will bring, located at Boscov’s inside the Eastwood Mall. We’re holding a special shopping day in conjunction with the new Boscov’s just for our supporters and beyond.
Hope Foundation has a message to share! We know times tough in today’s world, but the Hope Foundation is here to help. We have allocated additional financial assistance funds and made them available for children & their families in need. These funds pay for medical treatments, medications, therapy and a variety if things that go along with one’s diagnosis.
