Community Impact Grants

The Hope Foundation of the Mahoning Valley is committed to supporting organizations that align with our mission of improving the lives of chronically and terminally ill children and their families.

If your organization is dedicated to making a positive impact in the Mahoning Valley, we invite you to apply for funding.

Below are the criteria and requirements to be considered for a grant.

The Process

  • Deadline: Applications must be submitted by the specified due date. Late submissions will not be accepted.
  • Review: The Grant Committee reviews applications based on alignment with our mission, community impact, and feasibility, with final decisions made by the Board of Trustees.
  • Award Amount: Grants are capped at $5,000, based on the application’s merit and available funds.
  • Follow-Up: Recipients must submit a report within 6 months detailing fund usage and impact.
  • Accountability: Funds may be reclaimed if not used as intended or if misuse is detected.
