Domonique Williams

Domonique Williams, a native of Youngstown, Ohio, is a Licensed Independent Social Worker. Domonique, who earned her bachelor’s degree in social work from The Ohio State University, then went on to obtain her master’s degree in social administration from Case Western Reserve University. Following graduation, Domonique worked as an intake case worker at child protective services before joining the Peace Corps in 2015. Domonique served two years as a Community Youth Development Volunteer in Mongolia. Upon returning to the Youngstown area, she continued her work at child welfare before transitioning to a behavioral health therapist, where her focus is on children and adolescents. Domonique currently works for Neighborhood Family Practice serving individuals 5 and older.
Aside from full- time counseling, Domonique is extremely passionate about youth development. In 2020, she kicked off a non-profit, Callie’s Confidence; named after her grandmother, Callie, a woman who was the embodiment of confidence and never-ending encouragement and affection. The mission of Callie’s Confidence is to empower individuals to achieve their personal and professional goals by cultivating positive self-expression and confidence through healthy life skills training. Domonique strives to provide life skill lessons, workshops, and events that allow a space for creativity and positive development.
Additionally, Domonique is also engaged in civil service as she is a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority Inc., as well as the community service chair for Greater Warren – Youngstown Urban League young professionals.
