Jessica Lett

H.O.P.E Honoree

Jessica Lett has dedicated her career to protecting and advocating for some of the most vulnerable members of society, children who often have no one else to stand in their corner. From the moment she began serving the community, Jessica knew her purpose was rooted in safeguarding those who cannot protect themselves. She spent eight years with the Ohio Department of Developmental Disabilities before shifting her focus to serving at-risk youth.

Today, Jessica serves as the Chief Operations Officer for New Beginnings Residential Treatment Center, a licensed 48-bed youth treatment facility that serves children from all 88 counties across Ohio. In this role, she oversees the wellness, health, safety, and daily operations of the facility, while maintaining a relentless commitment to helping young people rebuild their lives. Known for her tireless dedication, Jessica approaches each day with the mission to rescue, rehabilitate, and restore hope to children who have experienced abuse, neglect, trauma, and exploitation.

In recognition of her leadership and service, Jessica and New Beginnings were honored in 2025 by the Regional Chamber and the Ohio House of Representatives for their impact on the community. She is an active member of the Ohio Children’s Alliance and works closely with the Department of Children and Youth, the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities, and the Ohio Department of Mental Health and Addiction Services to ensure the highest standards of care. Jessica has also built strong partnerships with local law enforcement and county courts, often testifying in cases that help protect children who are victims of sex trafficking and severe abuse.

Beyond her operational leadership, Jessica is widely respected as a mentor who cultivates confidence and compassion among the professionals she leads. She fosters an inclusive workplace where staff feel valued and empowered to advocate for the children they serve.

Outside of her work, Jessica is a devoted wife to Richard and a proud mother to two active sons, Dominic and Michael, who remain her greatest priority.
