Foundation Announces its 2020 Honorees, Leaders from all over the Community

(Youngstown, OH) The Hope Foundation of the Mahoning Valley is proud to announce the 2020 H.O.P.E. “Honorees for Lifetime Achievement.” Presented by Huntington Bank and in association with WKBN 27 First News’ “Caring for Our Community” initiative, the H.O.P.E winner will be announced at the 10th Annual Decade of Hope | Wine for Hope, which will take place on Friday, April 24, 2020 at The Lake Club in Poland from 6:30-10:30pm.All H.O.P.E. honorees will be recognized and the award that evening with the winner set to join the prestigious ranks of our past recipients highlighting the efforts of those working to improve the quality of life of children, families and others in our community.

Honorees include:
Delphine Baldwin-Casey – Retired Youngstown Police Sergeant
Brandon Perry – Founder and CEO of City Kids Care
Holly Welch – Assistant Elementary Principal in Austintown Local Schools
Amy Zell – Teen and patron technology services librarian at Hubbard Public Library

Past recipients of the H.O.P.E Award are Michael Currington (2019), Kathy Cook (2018), Raymond Marrow (2017), George Gabriel (2016), Jack Gocala, Sr. (2015) and the late Henry Nemenz (2014).Event sponsorships, reserved table and single ticket seating are available by contacting Anthony Spano at avspano@hopemv.org / 330.728.2669 or by going to www.hopemv.org/wine. Tickets to the event are $75 per person or $550 for a table of 8 & $90 after April 10.

Guests will enjoy a full dinner, wine tasting in a commemorative glass, entertainment, and an awards ceremony. All proceeds from the event, including a silent auction and raffle baskets, will help better the lives of chronically and terminally ill children in the Mahoning Valley.
