Ashley (Arnold) Morrow is a passionate community advocate whose work reflects a deep commitment to service, empowerment, and environmental stewardship throughout the Mahoning Valley. As the founder of Ashley’s Peer Recovery Services LLC, she has dedicated herself to supporting individuals on their journey toward recovery, offering guidance, encouragement, and resources to those working to rebuild their lives. Through her leadership and compassion, Ashley has helped create pathways of hope and healing for many within the community.

Beyond her work in recovery services, Ashley has been instrumental in fostering connections among women and environmental advocates. She is the founder of the Wild Ones Youngstown Area Chapter, an organization focused on promoting native plants and sustainable landscapes that benefit local ecosystems. She is also the co-founder of The Spore Sisterhood and The Spore Sorority, initiatives designed to build community among women who share a passion for nature, education, and personal growth.

In addition to her community leadership, Ashley works professionally at Livi Steel, Inc. and serves as a brand ambassador for Dwell and a professional affiliate for The Nokbox. Through these roles, she continues to build relationships and support initiatives that strengthen both individuals and the broader community.

Ashley is also a strong advocate for animal welfare and actively supports local efforts to ensure adequate shelter and care for animals, particularly during the harsh winter months in Northeast Ohio. Her work consistently reflects a belief that compassion should extend not only to people, but to all living things.

When she is not working or volunteering, Ashley enjoys spending time with her family and friends and embracing the natural beauty of the outdoors. Through her many roles and initiatives, she continues to inspire others to lead with kindness, connection, and purpose.
