Showcase: McDonald’s Pugh turns back Bristol

Struthers, OH (WYTV) – The McDonald boys basketball team outlasted Bristol in a 76-65 win at the Hope Classic Saturday.

The Blue Devils led at halftime, and held on in the second half to get the victory. Anthony Pugh and Brad Woodley led the way offensively for McDonald.

Pugh totaled 35 points and 6 assists, while going 17-18 from the free throw line. Woodley racked up 27 points, 8 rebounds, and 4 steals as well.

Alex Jones and Zach McMillion eached added 16 points for Bristol. (video highlights)
