(Youngstown, OH) – The Hope Foundation of the Mahoning Valley is pleased to announce it is now accepting applications for financial assistance applications for children/families and the DreamCatchers for Kids fund (make wishes come true) from its main program areas below. Due to the unknown and the need, the foundation has reallocated additional funds to assist families in every way possible.
The foundation will be accepting applications for the Family Assistance fund through these difficult times, while the DreamCatchers for Kids™ accepts applications year-round unless specific mentioned on the Hope Foundations website. Anything received after that date will be moved to the next grant cycle.
- Family Assistance Fund – Do you know a family with a sick child who could use some extra help? We provide financial assistance of up to $2,500 for approved applications.
- DreamCatchers for Kids™ (wish fund) – Our DreamCatchers program enhances the lives of children with life-threatening medical conditions by creating experiences that bring them joy and hope.
Stories on how our grants have helped Kids: Hopemv.org/Stories
Children who suffer from a chronic or terminal illness endure frequent hospitalization, countless appointments and undergo several procedures; all while just trying to be a kid. This also places an incredible financial burden on their families.
